So... I've been trying really hard to stay away from the scale except for my weekly weigh-in. But the temptation got me this morning. I've been sick all week with an upper respiratory infection and haven't made it to the gym a single time (which makes me feel even worse). I just knew for sure that I would gain or stay the same even though i've been staying on track with my calories. Well... guess what! I managed to lose almost a pound, so that makes me feel a little better. I'm starting to have more energy now and the cough has *almost* subsided, so Im thinking about trying to go to the Rush tonight for at least 30 minutes to walk on the treadmill or something. The lack of physical activity this week is KILLING me. So anyway, wish me luck!! Hope everyone is having a great week! It's almost the weekend!!!!
