So today was the weekly weigh-in.... it didn't go so well.
All week I've busted my butt... I've been to the gym 6 days, I've stayed on track with my calories, I've eaten healthy foods, and I thought for sure I'd see at least a little loss. I was by no means expected another 7 lb loss, but maybe a pound or two... that's no unreasonable, right? Well, I step on the scale this morning only to find that I've actually gained a pound! WTF?!? I don't understand. How can I be working this hard and and not see any loss at all? Oh well... I guess this starts another week. It's time to start busting my butt even harder.
