So, it's been a few days since I've posted anything, but fear not... I have not slacked in my routine. I've been to the gym every day since my last post. On Thursday, I even managed to squeeze in 95 minutes on the treadmill. I've been doing great staying on track with my calories. I have to say...SparkPeople.com is the best thing that ever happened to me. I LOVE that food tracker. I may never be able to stop tracking my food intake on that thing. I'm obsessive compulsive about it. But I've gotta say, I guess there are worse things to be OCD about. Anyway, I've now decided I want to lose 100 lbs, not 80. If I can manage to lose that much, I'll officially be the same size as Suzy is... and then I can steal all of her clothes (haha, j/k). Anyway... on to the exciting part.... I did my official weekly weigh-in this morning and I'm proud to say that I've lost 7 pounds. 7 pounds in one little week. I know that won't happen every week, but it's still motivating! So... here's to the beginning of week 2 for me. I hope everyone has a great week!!
