Dance, Dance, Dance

So, it's been a series of ups and downs for me this week. I'm proud to say that I'm slowly mastering the elliptical trainer. I hate that thing, but i'm getting to the point that I can use it for longer periods of time! Yay!! I'm not so proud to say that I had chicken tenders and fries for lunch...and I felt guilty for it immediately. I still maintained my calorie goal, but it just wasn't worth it. Oh well.. you live and learn, right? Sometimes it's just really hard to turn down your favorite foods... and I LOVE chicken tenders.

On an postive note, Suy and I went to a Zumba class at the gym tonight. It was incredibly fun... waaaayyy more fun than running on the treadmill, that's for sure. I found that even though I was sweating my ass off and every muscle in my legs burned, I really didn't think about it that much because we were having so much fun. I've always loved to dance ( I did Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Modern when I was younger, and of course I cheered as well) so it was really nice to get back into somoething really active like that.

On Thursday we're gonna check out the hip-hop dance class... that should be entertaining.

Anyway, here's to Wednesday..... we're halfway through the week already. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a few more pounds lost by Sunday's weigh in!!
